I’m wanting to pick up a rifle in 300 prc but I’m not interested in the expense or time to build another custom rifle right now, neither do I want a RPR, Savage or like quality rifle. In my digging around the net I came across a vendor who has a ready to go Masterpiece Arms BA model for less the 3k which is in my wheel house.

Im not finding a lot of reviews, what little I have seen looks promising. Im curious to hear from those of you that have knowledge or experience with MPA’s in house builds and what your thoughts are. Thanks!

My 6.5 PRC is an off the rack MPA rifle. Met the 3/8 MOA guarantee, and my crappy skills managed a 5 shot group (yes, 5 shots) at 730 that was .6 MOA with my reloads, and most of that was left/right. My elev was closer to .3.

I have the MPA BA in 6.5 Creed, shot most reloads sub 1/2 MOA in 5 shot groups, it actually made load development difficult. If I do my part, I can get a couple of 5 shot 1/4 moa groups at 200 in a trip. When I got the rifle, I called them, they told me which power and what bullet would give the best results, most MFG tell you can't use handloads.

Yeah...had the same problem. Not a good enough shot to to that ladder test with one shot per charge weight, so I did 3 at three targets. Ended up with one target with a .75" ragged hole and a couple strays, a second target with a 2" vertical group (3" L/R), and the third was mildly usable...all at 300 yards.

Seriously, what the hell am I supposed to do with this? That is 14 shots - 14 charge weights at .4 gr increments
