Most AR's would just need a new trigger group and selector. Could be had before the sun went down. The problems with this are:
A. Illegal. Really, it's fucking stupid; don't do it.
B. If disregarding the law, why use some 3D printed POS that will come apart and lock up the rifle in short order. Real sears are readily available. DWG files of DIAS's are readily available. If you are determined to be a fed felon, at least do it right.

Full auto outside of proper belt fed for suppressive fires or pistol caliber carbine doing very short burst CQB is a pure waste of ammunition as well. In mag fed you spend longer reloading than firing.
