Does anybody know if a diff manufacturer upper will work on a mega ar10 lower , or does anyone know of a place that still has the recievers

Mega lower only can work with Mega upper

Not true. I used my Mega lower on a KAC 308 upper until I ordered my LMT lower.

I just told you I used an SR-25 upper on a Mega lower. Not maybe.

They might mix and match but they will look like shit aesthetically. Plus i think there may be a slight difference in pin diameter between Mega and KAC. The KAC pins are slightly thicker.

You’re right....it’s not pretty but the point is, Mega does not only work with Mega. It fits and functions 100%.

Zev acquired Mega and did away with the name.

I have a Zev (same as Mega, just different styling) stripped MaTen upper if you want it. Also have a matching Zev / Mega Wedge (Mlok) rail and 16” barrel, all new and I assembled.

They sent me this as part of a warranty replacement for my MaTen upper.
