Rifle Scopes Lowest 35mm rings?

I did the same thing when i got a mk5 , i wanted the lowest rings, and the tps were as low as i could find also, was hoping joplin would do some at apa, his super low rings are awesome, i ended up with the tps for now, heres a reference pic on a 20 moa rail for a visual

Are the TPS super low 35mms .82 or .95? I sent them an email asking for clarification, the in stock steel alloy rings say "35mm – Super-Low: .950″ (24.1mm)", while the out of stock super low aluminums (yes the 35mm page) says "30mm – Super Low: .820″ (20.8mm). "

So one of those is obviously a typo, and if I look at the 30mm super low I see "30mm – Super Low: .820″ (20.8mm)." - Which this leads me to believe that their 35mm super lows are in fact .95, and that the .92" Seekins and now .885" Hawkins would indeed be lower. As well as the .94 ARCs...

I've narrowed my ring choices down to the low ARC M10's or the new Hawkins Ultralight Lows. I have the bases that came with my Cooper, and I also have a Talley rail. My current setup of 30mm Talley LW mediums gives me a sight height of 1.75". I have calculated that on the factory bases my sight height with the M10's would be 1.735", while with the Hawkins it would be 1.68". IF I need the rail for forward/aft movement of the scope for proper eye relief then add .225" to those, which I hope I don't have to do and don't believe I'll have to.

I believe the weights of the Hawkins and and ARC M10's will be similar, I like the level of the Hawkins but I also like the simplicity of the ARC's. They also appear very easy to add witness marks to so I can tell if screws have loosened, which is a paranoid thing I like to do.
