you're lucky you dont have Amish out there. they would clearcut every last tree and pick out the rocks, causing mudslides to clog up the creek. That's all they do in PA when they buy land.

We had Mennonites near where I grew up and they'd do the same thing. Clear cut, then strip all the top soil to sell and leave it bare. That and leave all sorts of junk equipment around. Not a fan lol
