Has anyone been pleased with there AIM drag bags? Was looking to get the Scout or the AIM 50 Tactical. If anyone recommends another drag bag please comment below. Thanks for your input.

It's a solidly made bag, but it is made in China (designed in the UK). Kind of overpriced for what it is. I haven't had a problem with mine yet, but I'm not super hard on my gear.

Looks like a less expensive option compared to the SERT PRB. I just took delivery of one, and while pricey, it was worth it I think. I might do a review on it this weekend. Not a lot of talk on here about them.

My other option was the bag from Triad Tactical. Here any good things about them? I know they are made in the USA.

First of all, you don't need a drag bag. Unless you plan to do stalks in a suit, you don't need it.

Second, Its Chinese made junk. You can get a US made bag from one of the supporters here for not much more money.

The armegedon gear bag is the best bang for the buck, and is cheaper shipped than the Triad.

You missed a great deal a week ago. Pelican 3300 with softpack for $240 shipped. Eagle US made bag plus the hard case. Both made in the USA.

I wish they made a bag longer than 46 inches.

Ok thanks do you recommend the Eagle over the Armageddon Gear?

They are different. Still waiting for my new armegedon gear bag in the mail. The padding on it and the comparable Triad are better, BUT the eagle softpack is made to go inside of a pelican hard case. Its also not as long so you will need a folder on a long bolt gun. It has a divider in the middle so it will hold 2 AR's or SCARs protected from each other. Really slick setup.

Anytime you see something from Eagle its GTG. 100% made in the USA and although they are kinda long in the teeth, their gear has always been first rate.

They do a have a 25% off sale right now for fathers day.

They do. They make a AIM 40, 45, 50, 55, and 60. I ordered a AIM 50 at 11 PM on July 15th. It showed up at my door at 10:30 AM today. It got from Great Britain to Indiana in 5 days! Now I didn't know they were made in China til I stumbled upon this thread... but I will say that I liked what I saw in the video reviews, and a lot of the others I saw were more expensive, and many sold out with all the buying panic going on right now, so I got one. I only needed the 40 for my little Remington 700 with a 20" barrel, but got the 50 to give myself room to grow. The larger sized bag makes my gun look puny, but it appears to be built like a tank. I'm pretty sure the damn thing's gonna hold up, but time will tell.
