My budget is $350 including dies. I have reloaded for shotgun and pistol for years. My Dillon press is for pistols only. I want to reload for 223/556 and 224 valkyrie only-nothing bigger. Will the lee classic 4 hole turret deluxe kit do it???? Midway has it for $216. If so what dies to i get????

If you buy a new “kit” I wouldn’t want any automatic powder measuring and charging attachments. You often get a bunch Crap in kits that you end up replacing with good stuff after one use. I would suggest a couple of used single stage presses, good scales, RCBS trim mate case prep center, set of shell holders and Lee collet dies. Everyone likes their particular dies. The Lee collet Dies are the best hands down but that’s just my humble opinion.

Tough choice. The inexpensive, entry-level accessory kits have pretty shabby tools that will ultimately need to be replaced over time. The kits that have higher end stuff (such as the Redding Versa Pak Pro) include a much better set of components but are way outside of your budget.
