Prayers were answered. God Bless the little guy. I hope everyone else is feeling fine.
He had a little fever all night. I got up about 4:30 and we slept in the recliner together til about 7:30. He isn’t plagued with the trots anymore so that’s a blessing. He is drinking well and eating. He isn’t 100% but worlds better.
The hell of it is, the engineer had no clue it was happening
That kind of thing happens more than you would think. I was a Carman at NS for 11 yrs. and was constantly fixing that sort of stuff.
Most places are, and it's up to the dispatcher to route high clearance traffic away from low clearance overheads. The engineer actually
doesn't control which route they take.
speaking as someone who lives in New Braunfels, this is entirely believable....
Shared that with my bro in law who is both a conductor and engineer. He said somebody didn't measure right.
