Obviously I’m just screwing with people who are telling us that masks don’t work at all.
And even though this is not a scientific test it’s pretty darn funny... and it does prove that masks are effective.
unless of course someone wants to argue the point that a molecule of ether is actually larger than a virus...
A lot of anti-mask people don’t want to hear that the virus is very rarely perfectly aerosolized without any mucus or water droplets.

The mask is not only for your protection, it protects others if you are a carrier without symptoms.

There is a lot of proof masks don't work. In fact all info about the 1918 flu pandemic explained how they were using masks too course to work, and allowed the virus through like "mosquitos through chickenwire." The CDC info claims that masks may be effective. Which also means they may not.

Was down along area between VA Beach and Hilton Head in June.
Pretty much open from CV19 restrictions but wait staff had to wear masks.
It was hot.
Wait staff was hot and masks added to their discomfort.
Without masks wait staff would bring my icy adult beverage to the table without having to put their hands near their faces.
With masks more often than not they were touching the shit to pull it up just prior to grabbing my drink and placing it in front of me....ditto food.
I was way more disturbed because of possible contamination due to wearing the masks than being without the mask.

Physicians don’t wear cloth masks made on kitchen tables out of old underwear. Physicians know how to wash their hands, remove PPE, and dispose of used items properly. You can’t use them or the fact that they wear masks in order to support the claim that my unwashed pocket mask is keeping us safe and saving lives.

vastly higher population density than the US. Masks greatly reduce the risk of an infected
person transmitting the virus, not so much to stop you catching it. But it’s apparently a
terrible invasion of your freedom.
I haven’t had a cold or flu for over 8 years, I’m a virus destroying machine. Guess it comes
down to what value to place of the lives of the sick, weak and older people.

Masks have very rarely been needed since the beginning of time. We are exceptionally vain to believe we have had a medical breakthrough by putting on a mask.
We are living to be 100+ years old already. Bone density and quality of life are pretty piss poor at that point. We all have to die sometime.
The U.S cases are being driven by testing everyone they possibly can, and finding millions of people who did not know they were sick. How many false positives? How many people were counted multiple times because they tested positive more than once? How many test centers were giving extremely high rates of false positives? New spikes in cases, just as they test everyone returning to college.

Quarantine has always been about taking the sick or at risk out of general population.
Now quarantine is about taking everyone out of circulation.
Lets notify the at risk of the risk, allow them to take precautions, and setup services to provide for them.
