Holy shit... That was definitely a new one for me. I have seen that picture in the past and always assumed that it was a pinfire from the late 1870s - 1880s and had a hammer nose rotating switch enabling you to choose which level of the cylinder to fire... Three at once... Damn...

ETA: That .22 pinfire you posted afterward probably was the one that had a selector mechanism... And speaking of which... At this point, having a standard pistol grip on that monstrosity seems like a moot point. Just mount it to a lantern frame with a bucket bail and a hand crank so it can be operated like one of those portable WWII air raid sirens... LOL...
