Whose dies do you use for your 6GT and why? Also, any magazine recommendations? Tenacity and Hawkins DBM...thanks

I have the RCBS Matchmaster 2 piece set. I wanted Redding, but couldn't find them at the time. I have Redding for my 65CM, and I think I like the seater in the RCBS set better. The barrel is larger, so the tic mark's are further apart, a little easier for my old eyes to see. I'm still trying to decide what the cutout in the seater is for. The sizer came with a 266 bushing, which works out fine for me.
Bottom line, both are fine. Either will load good ammo.
Magazines are Magpul, MDT 12 round and ARC with LRI follower. After adjusting the feed lips, all work well

That cutout is for the bullet, just drop it in the window and seat as usual. Pretty neat idea really
Does anyone have experience with the Hornady die set for the 6gt, sold through GAP? I have seen the Redding available but they are nearly $300 and am trying to find a more affordable option. Thank you
I have the Match Masters. They were $100 after the rebate and I like them a lot more than I thought I would. I would rate them equal to Redding.
I ordered the matchmaster. I was really impressed by the ease of use with the cutout in the seater die.
It's what I use. I have been pretty happy with it. I use a 266 bushing with 242 expander with Alpha brass. Using the 105/109 seater, my runout for is 0.0005. Whidden makes excellent dies.
I would like to try the SAC die and seater next.
I noticed Hornady dies have not been mentioned. Any reason for that? I know they are the least expensive of the bunch, but they do a great job for my 6.5cm.
Because when you're squeezing every ounce of accuracy of any particular 6mm (especially when spending money on a caliber that already costs $$$), dies matter. And Hornady isn't one of them.

Whidden reloading dies
So let's just say I'm not happy at all with whidden gunworks and there dies. I bought a set of 260 dies a while back ran a few pieces of brass thru it and they was getting scratched all to sh!t. Call them up they say send it back which I did they fixed the issue. No problem good customer...

I wouldn’t take that information too serious. If you read up more, seems as though the issues have been taken care of through one way or another.

Thanks, looking at them because wanting a custom die about 3 thou smaller than my chamber. Redding, etc build to SAMMI min specs
