For good starting information on reloading, the Lyman books are a good start. Western Powder is another good starter book, though you can get there reloading information from there website for free. For a more advanced and technical information, Top Grade Ammo and Berger's reloading books are worth getting.

WESTERN POWDERS You can download there reloading guide.
Norma You can view and copy there loading information and they have a free app for Android and IOS.
Sierra Bullets You can view and copy there loading information and they have a free app for Android and IOS. <It's one of the better apps for free.
Vihtavuori You can view and copy there loading information and they have a free app for Android and IOS.
Nosler You can view and copy there loading information.
Hodgdon You can view and copy there loading information.
I think this should get you started. I will also reiterate what NH4X said, Watch ware you get your loading data from! There is allot of bad information out there that can get you hurt. So when there is doubt, there is no doubt, don't use the data!
