Best shipping method for Projectiles

I would like to get rid of some bullets that I am no longer using and wanted to get some feedback on the best way to ship before I make a FS post. It is a box of Berger projectiles still in the box. I noticed some people take the bullets out of the box and put them in a bag before sending flat rate...is this necessary? What is everyone's preferred method to ship bullets? USPS / FEDEX or UPS? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Not sure if the "Supporter" tab gives you permission to post in the PX.
You do not have enough post count for PX access.
IF "Supporter" tab does not give you those PX rights then you may want to delete this thread as it may be seen as a way to circumvent the PX policy.

Sincerely,
Theis

Paying for the “Supporter” upgrade gives members access to the PX as an individual but I wouldn’t ship anything I gave a shit about via USPS these days.

Precision Delta ships in the medium standard rate boxes......couple thousand .45ACP at a whack.

The use the usps box as over pack for their two stapled boxes, bullets are heavy bagged in their box.

My mailman hates me when I order.

Don't be a tard......use real Packing tape.

I am able to post in the PX section with the supporter membership. I thought this would best fit the bear pit for discussion about shipping.

Thats too bad. I liked the big red hessian badge that said, I bought my way in to the PX. :)

I have had positive feedback from shipping bullets in their box, wrapped in bubble, then boxed. Extra bubble to keep shift down. Then tape hell out of it. Sent UPS.

shipped in amber if it can preserve dino dna for millions of years in should be good enough to ship ammo . lol sorry that would be funny

A few companies I buy (bought?) from do likewise. To date, USPS hasn't managed to tear one open. ACME bullets uses a really neat looking wooden box that fits perfectly inside a USPS large flat rate box. When I get a shipment, I always think about catching a road runer while opening.
