I PMed him this weekend. He responded in 22 minutes. I paid within a couple minutes and he mailed me my brass immediately. I already have it and it is Wednesday.

I paid for this brass expecting atrocious customer service and at least a month without product. He was nice and fast.

Should I request a refund?
