Help Finding Mount/Clamp: Low profile 1/4-20 camera thread to picatinny

For the life of me cannot find what I am looking for. Is there a lower profile 1/4-20 adaptor that mounts to picatinny? End goal is to mount a range finder close as possible to the rail.

Hate to revise a "necro thread' but it's just what I'm after. I'm wondering if it would work with a Bushnell Conx? and I'm thinking on attaching it to an Optics Hub? Thanks

It wasn't perfect for me, but If I remember correctly there are small rubber spaces you slide on top of the screw to try to time it. Those may have come with the ConnX or the screws themselves.

But any type of small rubber gasket would work.
