Being indicted means nothing in the scheme of things. The governor already said he'd pardon them, didn't he?

Indicted by a grand jury from a liberal community.........everyone gets their day in court.......hopefully they have an attorney that will ask for a change of venue............. I know they are attorneys, but it has been said, only a fool will defend himself in court.........

They lawyered up a while ago. The case is going nowhere fast... I guarantee it. The DA's resources are limited and it's just a matter of time before they throw the case out due to lack of merit. Going to trial takes a lot of time and resources they don't have. If the courts get backlogged because they're pursuing bullshit charges against the McClosky's they'll start to look bad fast.

I'm curious if they are going to counter-file (?) against ALL the plaintiffs whom are/should be all charged with trespassing, loitering, possibly even breaking and entering....
Correct me if I'm wrong, but they all broke down a gate to gain entrance to the yard, no? That puts them in the wrong, first. If they're broke, then they can pay with kidneys and lungs and other viable organs.

It will be a waste of time and resources to counter file..... This couple has given enough to the liberals, BLM, Democrats and the Swamp Dwellers.... The most rewarding thing they can do is to run for public office as they have alluded to.......
