This day and age and large volumes, I'd give it more than 24hrs for an email response. Could have been a mistake.. little trigger happy it seams.
I’d call them, I emailed Springfield Armory twice with no reply. But have called and got A+ results.

SH is NOT some stupid whining "Social Media" site where a bunch of idiot "customers" come to freak out and blackmail / bad mouth any company they want to try to get results, demanding that I'll slander you all over social media if you don't drop what you are doing right this moment and come stroke my ego and hold my hand, instead of being a decent person and working through customer service like adults, which includes often e-mailing, calling, following up, even writing a letter and working with the company to resolve the situation satisfactorily.
How about you be a grown up decent adult, and follow up, call during working hours and see how best to resolve your problem with your order and then if they actually are just taking your money and not sending you what you ordered and you can't get a reasonable, adult solution (not some Karen demands), then you come and post a warning here.
Try calling and talking to a human during business hours.
It's a forgotten skill these days it seems, but usually it can get prompt results.
I would bet you call and talk like a calm, mature adult, to a customer service representative on the phone during working hours, you get it resolved and have your $150 available as a credit towards whatever else you wanted to order.
I just looked against the 2nd invoice. It looks like they are mailing you a gift certificate, because the "purchased item" is a "gift certificate"? If your account was hacked, they should be able to cancel it and send you a new one.
You do understand it can take up to 10 days to receive your 'refund' on your CC? Annoying as fuck but it's par for the course when running CCs.

Now guys. The OP is a long standing member having joined in 2018. With 46 posts in thar time, I say we all just chip in for his box of Midol and give him a break.
Most likely the "charge" is simply a mechanism for them to not be punished with taxes. Most places that provide warranty parts replacement do the same thing; an invoice for the cost of the parts then a credit so the end user isn't actually charged for anything.
Leave that shit at AR15.com. Don't bring it here.

For their price Primary Arms makes some decent stuff.
I have a couple of their Platinum series 1-8x LPVOs and am very happy with them.

I’ve bought all kinds of stuff from PA. Nothing but positive reviews from me. Even had an issue with an order once and they fixed as quick as they could. Great company IMO. Fuck little bitches that can’t handle shit like this!
