Well Doc, I think you're right and you're wrong. Lips and anus are same type of epithelial tissue - so that's correct.
But transitional epithelial is urinary tract - bladder, ureters, and urethra. Lips and anus are stratified squamous.
Aside from the pathologists who may lurk here, it's probably a safe bet that nobody really cares.

physiologist here..... there are columnar and stratified squamous epithelium in the anus, stratified squamous in the mouth. Keratinized and non-keratinized in both locations.
