Short and light 6.5 CM barreled action Where to buy ?

Looking to buy lightweight 18-20“ 6.5 CM or PRC barreled action to drop in a HNT 26 chassis.
Not interested in ordering a barrel from a smith, I am still waiting on barrels ordered last year.
Who sells quality barreled actions that aren’t truck axels ?

Altus has proof pre-fit carbon barrels in stock for several actions to include the Defiance Ruckus, Terminus Zeus and Impact Precision 737. Order a barrel and action and of your choice and you’ll be good to go. I’m sure they would screw the barrel on for you if you don’t have a barrel vice and action wrench. I run impacts and barrel swaps are easy. Will probably pick up a Terminus Zeus next year as I want to try a 60deg bolt and their quick changes bbl is appealing. Good luck.

I second finding an action you like and getting a proof carbon prefit, altus will even torque the barrel on if you don’t have a vice and torque wrench.

If you have want a Remington 700 footprint action, then check with James at Northland Shooters Supply and see if he has any barrels in stock that would work for you, then get a Big Horn Origin or ARC Nucleus.

I like the tikka and have a nice custom 7-08 that is my go to rifle now. But for this rifle I’m looking for something a bit more high end.
