But no what is this numbnuts do, goes home to mom "I don't know what to do, what are my options... Your cousin ray ray still have that body shop". Sadly, trauma (and hitting and killing someone is traumatic!) makes people do dumb things. At least he didn’t go into his mental lockdown stage, say, outside an active shooting at a school, for example.

He is truly f*+£€d… as his actions were beyond the pale. But imagine how much worse his inability to cope with a stressful situation could have been.

And if this was not stress-related bad-decision-making precipitated by a traumatic event… the charges should be epic. And the jury should be unforgiving.
