I work with cranes weekly and FIFY because I usually do my own damn rigging.
It wasn’t fair for me to say that, we thought everyone were morons lol.
I had a few very good riggers and some young ones who wanted to learn,, spent many an hour with a piece of chalk making sure the crew would do there best to go home at the end of the shift!! Those that handled rigging in a safe manner,, stayed,, if you couldn’t figure it out after getting paired with the older guys,, you were moved on…to risky!!

They also invented a universal child car seat mounting system that doesn't use seat belts and mounts solid.
