I understand what you're saying but I'm not sure its that simple. We know about Aaron Rodgers being unvax'd and other players with fake cards. I wonder how many more got medical exemptions or used fake cards successfully? This might be one of the few cases where it goes both ways. These blockbuster names aren't easily replaced and neither is the merch revenue and winning records that draw crowds. I wouldn't be surprised if the actual vax status in the NFL is closer to 40%
they are finding out many of the sports stars have refused the vaccines. because its bad stuff. and their union went to bat for them, and the leagues knew if they didnt let them play unvax'd they were going to start canceling games and they would lose and crap load of money.
Now that the good ole state of New York is going to start differentiating between “with” and “from” Covid the whole narrative will begin to crumble even among some parts of the left. I don't believe that this article contains the correct interpretation of the regulations. According to the email I received from the ATF, it is simply reminding licensees of the existing regulations:
What qualifies as a secure gun storage or safety device? | Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
1. A device that, when installed on a firearm, is designed to prevent the firearm from being operated without first deactivating the device; 2. A device incorporated into the design of the firearm that is designed to prevent the operation of the firearm by anyone not having access to the device...
I'm not defending the regulation, but it's nothing close to "gun dealers need to sell safes".
If anyone wants to help his local dealer, offer to donate your collection of gun locks. He can toss them in a box with the hundreds that he already has, and really make a positive impression during the next compliance check.
