Thomas is a real Conservative and really understands and wants to uphold the constitution as written. An "Originalist" like the Lion Antonin Scalia. Not sure what I'd call the others.
1) Do NOT count on any Trump appointed justice. 2) Thomas isn't going to be for anything Pedo Prez wants after the BS he went through during his confirmation. (one would think Kavanaugh would be of similar mind. I was completely wrong on ACB...she's going to be a real problem going forward...too exposed with the large family).

I admit I haven't watched much of the argument, but has anyone actually argued the fact that the vaccine per the data doesn't actually stop infections? Breyer was getting all bothered by the fact that the businesses that wanted this stopped were okay with 750k people being infected per day, but the reality is many of those are vaccinated, the vax rate in the US is already super high. Biden keeps saying that in his speeches too of course "get vaccinated to protect yourself and others from contracting the virus" which just simply isn't true. And on top of that this mandate doesn't actually affect all the unvaccinated. In my family of 4 I'm the only one that would be forced to get it for example since my wife and kids are not under OSHA.
Being this is the "First" financial group to push the shot... Could have a ripple effect through the markets ($$$)...

I remember when they switched from 4x4 to AWD, I’d wager lots of the guards kids wouldn’t do too hot working as a real long haul truck drivers.

I say let the private employers mandate it. But don't be surprised when something happens to the employee and it's filed under workers comp. Then the lifelong disability claims against the company. I mean, fibromyalgia is so easy to prove, right? FMLA is going to kick in and they won't be able to fire the less than productive employees who only work about ten days a year due to their new found illness. All the while still collecting a full paycheck.

FMLA doesn't require paid leave... they just can't fire you for 3 months. My company make you use sick leave, then I think maybe 66% or unpaid.
