    Shoot that gun. I’ve killed gobs of deer, prairie dogs, and a couple elk with mine. It’s also a 300 win mag.I shoot 175 Barnes LRX with 80.5 grains of H1000.

    I guess I’m living under a rock. I bought my 7.62 CL 16 inch MWS around 2011. I thought they were all old school gas operated. Super happy with it. Put a heavier buffer in it and it shoots great with or without a can. Kills the shit out of pigs and deer. When did they bring out a piston version?

    That’s fucking amazing to be blunt. I’ve shot a few 5/8 inch cloverleafs but nothing like that - ever. At least not with a deer caliber.
