    If you don’t have a spare optic to test with use the Tavor flip up irons already on the rifle. With as big a shift as you’re seeing it will be easy to confirm with the irons.

    I’ve done the freeze trick with great success. After rinsing out the can, dump the majority of the water then freeze the can. When the can is properly frozen rinse with hot water and the shock breaks up a bunch of buildup.

    What is the date of the form 4 or 1? Perhaps it was posted earlier if this is a Short barrel rifle or machine gun? Model can be listed as anything and in the past this could get crazy. ATF is cleaning this up now but don’t yet know the last transfer date.

    I’m really happy with the new KAC options. They work great, love the mounting system and yes they get used in auto. Cyclic rate hardly changes with or without the can when firing in auto. However, I do have a Cat ODB 718 in transfer and curious how it will compare.

    Totally normal. Wait till you try the HK belt feds. My HK21 sends brass into orbit. That being said, if it is bothersome you can change locking pieces and try keeping bolt gap on the lower end of the acceptable range.
