Temps have dropped hard here over the last few days. This has me thinking a nice fire is in order tomorrow night.

One of my favorite parts of working midnight shift is always Autumn nights off. A solitary bonfire once the kids and wife have gone to bed, and I have a few more hours before I can even think about trying to sleep. Sipping on a few whiskeys with the dog in my lap, listening to nothing but silence and the crackle of the walnut.

Getting cold here, too. It wás all the slash from wood splitting. Something primal about a good bonfire. Normally a bunch of neighbors hanging out and having beers. Tonight only one came over. That's ok. Needed to get it burned before it gets buried in snow.

So damn cool. Keep the pics coming.
This has been a slow week as I have only been working on instrumentation. In the first picture there are 3 oil pressure sensors and 2 water temperature sensors. Ford’s computer requires 2 oil pressure sensors , one for low pressure and one for normal pressure. The other 2 are for my gauges on the dash.

Next will be to insulate the headers both with cover and wrap.

Insulating the headers is important because they are just inches from both the driver and passenger foot boxes.

This what I started with.

Hopefully this is what it be when I finish.
