He is suing the shotgun maker Rock Island, the ammo maker, and the company that sold him the ammo. Seems the ammo had a voluntary recall for.....blowing up.

Pretty evil of them to sue PSA when it's not their fault at all.
They bought stupid defective ammunition from another company that blew up.
Shotgun was perfectly good, but no shotgun is designed to be completely safe if the ammo in the tube blows up.

I hope PSA takes that fools lawyers for everything they are worth for this stupid lawsuit.
PSA needs to kick him in the nuts hard with legal fees for his frivolous lawsuit.

The guy bought the stupid ammo because he is a tool who thought it was really cool.

PSA can't be responsible for all the ammunition in the world that some fool might decide to buy.

I guess they were supposed to be recessed below the end of the shell, but apparently something could happen to make that not be the case.

    ^^^^^this.
Somewhere there is a moron just like him, who is sitting on a "stash" of this "heavy hitter trailer trash " ammo.
He is planning to make a fortune selling it for 1000% over retail at his gunshow table as "the ammo so deadly they banned it from the market" Probably convince folks just firing a round cose to someone will result in the bare minimum of a ruptured spleen. Which technically could be true, when the massive recoil touches off a chain reaction in the mag tube.

    I saw this fudd shit.

Lawyers gonna lawyer and include everyone involved in the production and sale of the "allegedly" defective product.

A friend’s business was named in a lawsuit. Supposedly , a customer leaving the parking lot forced a cyclist to move into the street causing her to strike a passing car. After it was settled he asked the plaintiffs attorney why him, “I don't own the vehicle, I don’t own the sidewalk or the street and I wasn't the driver. Attorney replied, “You have money.”

That is a time where violence would absolutely be the answer

Yeah....lawyers recommend suing everybody....especially anyone with deep pockets...and let the courts sort out who is to blame/pay.

We are the most litigious country...in the world, maybe?

It just reflects people's view that they aren't actually responsible for their own actions and it must always be someone else's fault....sort of like Biden. lol

Along with burns and hearing loss, he also now suffers from depression, PTSD and is seeing a counselor.

He can sue the personal injury lawyer next that advised him to say that when he gets red-flagged and loses the rest of his guns.
