I believe, after being pointed out by spectators not to mention their own spotters with binos scanning the rooftops, it was known to the SS and police that a shooter with a rifle had slow crawled across a white rooftop and was aiming at Pres. Trump before he shot.
The SS intended to take out the shooter AFTER he shot Pres. Trump. CNN reports Trump is assassinated, the shooter is silenced. Case closed. Desperate Dems. come from behind and win in '24.

About 25 years ago- on a Tuesday if I remember correctly- I remember watching constant news coverage about planes crashing into the WTC around 8am. I remember the news reporting the Pentagon crash & the plane that crashed into a field in PA. I remember the fear, the fighters being deployed and patrolling the airspace. I remember seeing the Pentagon 2 weeks later and (I'm pretty sure I remember this right) the 82nd AB deploying snipers throughout DC as I remember the maroon berets.
I remember coming home and explaining to my brother the significance of what happened that day. I remember my father going on two deployments, the first of which occurred while my sister was born. I remember having to 'step up' during that time only to enlist myself (thinking at the time this was my generation's 'Pearl Harbor'). That Tuesday completely changed my family and my life and in short order.
I also remember the (short lived) wave of patriotism that followed. I remember the halls of congress joining hands and singing 'America, the beautiful'. I remember the congressional hearings about WMD's in Iraq. My point in this post is- one event completely changed the world as we know it. And it was fed in 24/7.
This event likely has the same potential but somewhere along the lines over the past 20+ years, this barely warrants a blip on MSM, something has seriously changed over the past few decades (and not for the better in my opinion). The world we were all trying to navigate on Monday no longer exists.
Frankly, I hold the opinion that we've seen too many 'life altering' and 'one-time' events occur relatively recently anymore. I'll leave you to your own conclusions as to why that's occurring but speaking on national history- I can't recall a time period in our recent history as volatile/divisive since the 1960's with the Civil Rights movement & Vietnam.
With any luck- I'm completely wrong- but dang, I can't help but feel like we've gone to hell in a hand basket rapidly and 'coinicendengtly' seem to follow our 'friends' in Europe making similar decisions as if we're all following the same proverbial 'playbook'.
Hopefully I'm just spouting nonsense at this point and it ends up being a 'me' thing.

The oblong circle that is highlighted? Perhaps- just was trying to add the content here that I was seeing elsewhere. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough irregardless (and I'm ok if that's ends up being a 'nothing burger') but I would offer an opinion that there's more to learn moving forward.

Is it just me, or does it appear that they were already on the shooter?
I’m guessing from experience that there will have been local PD, state PD, local seat, state swat, FBI SRT, Secret Service etc all on different radio channels trying to confirm if the subject was friendly or foe. Those lads on the roof are definitely on target and appear to be questioning the validity of his position. To be fair someone that close must me in a cleared area. I suspect that premises was swept and cleared with security in place to prevent such an incident. But hey I’ve got little experience in what goes on in the USA. I have been involved in looking after air force one twice in the U.K.

Things have gotten this way because society has gotten away from one of Jesus primary teachings of love thy neighbor as thyself. The love for our fellow man is greatly missing and whether you are a believer or not, the Bible gives some pretty good principles to live by. We need to bring more of it back.

Oh I agree! That’s the hard part. We certainly won’t be the ones to start anything but we will be the ones to finish it. There is a difference, I think, in helping people and helping people that are actively trying to off you.
Did you not see the pictures of the guy ? Definitely a creedmoor master race contender. They're saying it was an ar15 though.
