Just like the lawfare against President Trump the shooter was sponsored and put in place. The deep state never stops. They've been trying one thing after another to destroy President Trump for 8 years.
Do you really suppose that it's never occurred to the Secret Service that snipers like roofs and high windows.
Of course mostagents do there jobs well enough.....but some where in middle management details are arranged to create opportunities.

This is one of the most shocking things I’ve read so far. That and the fact that they had local PD on the ground in charge of covering roof tops outside the venue. Shooter was seen 30 mins prior to shots fired walking around with a range finder. One LEO took a picture of the shooter and called it in but they couldn’t find him. There were major failures at every level.
