From the time he was Indicted until the time he had his trial And Was convicted. Innocent until proven guilty.What part of that Do you not understand? I never said he was innocent after proven guilty. There are no royalties. And nothing got paid to jason, Not now not ever. He collected a paycheck up until the time. That he could no longer come into the shop, his payroll stop

But he was infact, proven guilty, so there was no innocence. Thats my point.

If I design something and hold a patent on it, I would obviously want to gain from that monetarily. Otherwise whats the use of getting a patent?

I don't know what else to tell ya. He had no financial responsibilities or attachments to anything Building, Property taxes, Income taxes, Ffl, Equipment, Advertising, Materials, Office supplies. Nothing. And once he was convicted, he was fired by George. Jason received no settlements. And all of his Attorney fees, none of them were paid for by george or Shirley or the business. So I don't know what else to tell you. Other than jason was Employee that had involvement designing bullets.He was His salary was also
Approximately six hundred dollars a week

Does it make sense to you to design a product and have your name on the patent but not be a beneficiary from said product/patent?

People do it all the time working for tec. Companies George allowed jason to have some credit. For his involvement . But when your a employee anything designed on company time clock belongs to the company owner and your reward is a paycheck . Jason's job was run mechines make bullets and design and program . He was not involved in any decisions. All were made by george

That’s true about patents while on the clock at a company. My father-in-law held a handful of patents while working at IBM, including one instrumental for creating the first dot matrix printers. He never received a penny from any of them other than his salary.

When I worked in automotive OEM, many of the engineers held patents that were worth the certificate cost and the paper they were printed on to them, but the company benefits and receives any royalties from those patents.

Negative, and your implications are off base and senseless.

You are right about one thing, people can claim anything on the internet. For example, claiming that the sex offender patent holder and claimed business partner has no gain from the bullets he designed.

The only claims I have made have backed up by facts and links to prove them. You can do your own research and find out for yourself if you are smart enough.

These kinds of crimes against children are something that I can not tolerate. Its not something I take lightly.


simple solution for the business owner would be to change the name and create a different patent. Distance himself from any kind of connection to that piece of shit he was working with.

It’s simple. The guy was a pedo sex offender and that’s sickening and disgusting and the lowest of the low. Nobody is disputing that. It’s just that you are completely wrong about patents held by employees of companies when the item is designed and patented on company time. You don’t know what you don’t know.

Ultimately the name will change and so will the designs. Only cause of new ownership. But to say the current owner should change the name and design because of a employees actions is crazy talk . that's all that jason ever was just a paid employee. That worked him self into a relationship of George's life jason hurt george by doing this and he was appaled of Jason's actions george considered changing the name of the company but knew that changing the would be like admitting fault. When there was none. This was a action of a scumbag employee. That's all no more no less. People will no matter what draw their own conclusions. And try to discredit and tare down a good man and a good company george is a wonderfull man and does not deserve to have his company legacy destroyed by haters with out facts only openions I for one will support him tell he dies.

So I have a question for you? who designed the bullets for warner or cutting edge? a employee on the clock ? a friend ? A hired expert designer or expert.. were they paid by contract. By pay roll. And who currently holds the designs and prophets for them. If one of those individuals went out and committed a crime. should cutting edge change their name or warner change there bullet designs. Jason is scum no one questions that. Don't punish the owner or company only the individual.

I’ve loaded for a handful of factory rifles with sporter barrels, every one of them have shot well with very minimal load development. I have yet to find one that did not shoot the Badlands well.

Few rifles shot 5 shot .25 inch groupings @ 100 yards

All were loaded with the Bd2’s for hunting purposes

you shoot any rifles in 338LM? if so, what was your COAL, Powder, powder grains, badland bullet grains, primer out of curiosity.
and barrel twist, and how far off the lands.

No 338 but for all the rifles that I loaded, they were all really close to jamming, 10 thousandths off the lands. Basically I started the longest I could and planned to work my way down but they all shot well where I started.

Loaded for

Three 6.5 prc’s with 125 bd2
7 wsm with 140 bd2
243 wssm with 85 bd2
7 rem mag with 150 bd2
