    Why? There is nothing in Ukraine worth fighting for and no Ukrainian would ever come to America and fight for us. This is the biggest waste of money and resources since LBJ signed the Great Society welfare bullshit in the 1960s.

    Democrats have lifted absolutely no one from poverty in 60 years. Ukrainians have lifted a few politicians to multimillionaire status and bought zelensky two yachts and three villas, not much else. Oh yeah, 10% for the Big Guy and family.

    They also forget that the parts of Ukraine Russia wants, want to be Russian and are ethnically Russian. They were also killed in mass before this kicked off.

    Probably shouldn't get your pre-deployment intel from mainstream media or Victoria Newland's media briefs. You have a good chance of taking a dirt nap for the wrong cause.

    I made myself pretty unpopular at work when a few Kiwis were championing some ex Kiwi military that made the trip to Ukraine to liberate it from the Russians. I made the remark that the stupid fucks would probably be dead within a month. Didn't have to wait that long.

    I was looked on as the harbinger of doom despite attempting to educate a whole heap of ex-military on the lead up and current propaganda campaign regarding the conflict. I honestly think not one of them listened and my opinion of people ratcheted one step lower than where it was post-Covid. If it goes any lower I'm going to need a shovel!

    there are large oil and gas deposits in the donbas. exxonmobil and others already invested billions in hopes of exploiting it all.

    Not to mention that rich farmland which *was under private ownership, but now up for grabs by, oh, I don't know, Nestle and other monster corporations.
