There had been numerous North Vietnamese and Khmer Rouge fuckheads who had committed state atrocities in their home countries and then relocated to Europe, USA, or Australia under new aliases who had been tracked down and eliminated by their own countrymen who followed them and hunted them for the sole purpose of avenging their families. I disagree. The left got to power by uniting and advocating for what people call victim groups. Once in power, the left disregarded the people they claim to protect in exchange for making money. It’s the same old song and people keep falling for it, mainly because 90% of educators are leftists and raise the children of absentee parents.
Thank God this is the United States and there are people, places and things that drive a wedge between young people and the left and return common sense and reason to them.

You think in terms of "right" and "left" when you're just talking about a spectrum of political control. The revolutionaries were Christian based, which is why they succeeded where others failed. Freedom brings nothing good without Christ imo.
We need a Christian based government.
The whole point of the constitution and the bill of rights was to give us a solid foundation to prevent a “left” vs “right” mentality. They knew the revolution worked once and would not work again-at least not in that application. One could easily say the crusades were a “right wing purge” and maybe they were, but I tend to think of that as more of a group finally defending themselves. A group can only take being kicked back to the ground so many times before they either die or fight back. To Doc’s point- the American revolution was unique. The big surprise is that the civil war didn’t completely destroy the union. A civil war today would utterly destroy this nation. Left vs right is leading to another civil war and subsequently an invasion by China, Russia, and God knows who else.

I honestly believe…I have to believe in fact, that who I think of as Conservatives here in the US, and the conservative movement writ large, wouldn’t go in that direction. Otherwise, what’s the point?
If we’re fucked from both side (and we are with the current 2-party system), we may as well get this going and kick off civil war 2.0…or maybe 2.5 I suppose. It’s not about Republican vs. Democrat…though I think that’s a good first cut at this problem. It’s Conservative vs. (new definition) Liberal; or more accurately, Communism/Socialism vs. Capitalism and freedom.
In my view, Conservative = a strict constitutionalist, who wants a smaller, tightly constrained government. Barely enough people and power to function as a government in fact. Ironically making that person a classic liberal or I guess a Libertarian in more modern vernacular.
We’re way past that point of course and desperately need a reset.
I honestly don’t know the way forward though. I do, however, truly believe that if Commiela wins next month, we’re completely screwed for a pathway to restored liberty and freedom for the American people; at least for a peaceful or maybe just an easier path forward.
Our 250-year experiment in self determination will soon end with her and her ilk in charge.

I slightly disagree in that I don't think it's conservatives versus liberals, globalist versus capitalist.
This is a battle between two principalities. Most of Western governments, be it, Canada, European Union or United States, has been folowing the lines along one principality. Many of its citizens, being a Judeo Christian background whether or not practicing their religion, are often under the other principality.
If you believe the Good book is Real, which it is, this is actually the way it has to be for the intended outcome that will be proclaimed.
The purpose of us having foreknowledge is to give us peace through the trials and tribulation. I was really hoping that we could put the bad part off for a few years, but it looks like it will just be accelerated and Full speed ahead.

Just because it seems like it's full speed ahead now doesn't mean it's going to stay that way. In the OT part of the Good Book, you saw a mix of good kings and bad, a good king would come to power and things would improve, an evil one would reign and things would bad. Eventually judgment came and the kingdom fell because they wouldn't turn from their sin and follow God, and if the USA doesn't change its course some bad times could be ahead for it. But it doesn't have to be that way, so long as the men of this country don't give up on Christ.
