Straight from the fucking form:
"On-Demand Mail-In Voting
You are in line for On-Demand Mail-In Voting. Here are a few facts about the process to help you decide if this method of voting is right for you:
« This is not a polling place
+ On-Demand Mail-In Voting is not “early voting”; it is a courtesy provided by the Bucks County Board of Elections
© Pennsylvania law does not allow or fund early voting like some other states do. By participating in this process, you are voting by mail
« Expect wait times
o This process takes time because it involves multiple steps that an election employee needs to handle. You may have to wait several hours before reaching the front of the line. Once you do, it takes about 12 minutes per voter to complete the process.
o The speed of this process is limited by the specialized printer equipment necessary to print each ballot on demand and staffing.
« The last day for On-Demand Mail-In Voting is Tuesday, Oct. 29
© In order for the Board of Elections to serve everyone by the close of business,
staff may need to cut off the line before 5pm
© October 29 is also the deadline for the Board of Elections to finalize the complete list of mail-in voters, ensuring accurate voter information is available at the polls
If you would prefer not to wait inline, you have other options:
« Submit a mail-in ballot application to a Board of Elections employee, after which your ballot will be mailed to you
« Apply for your mail-in ballot online before the deadline of 5 p.m. on d Tuesday, Oct. 29, to ensure your application is received on time

Also, the judge's order didn't extend the daily deadline passed 5pm, he just added more days:
b) Defendants shall permit any persons who wishes to apply for, receive, vote, and return a mail-in ballot to appear at the Elections Bureau office
and do so during normal business hours before the close of business on November 1, 2024
Not sure how that's going to play out considering "October 29 is also the deadline for the Board of Elections to finalize the complete list of mail-in voters". I suppose next week you'll be in here claiming "they didn't have the list finalized by 10/29! FRAUD! REEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
All you people are doing is drowning out the signal with noise. You create a mountain of "if-then" supposition based nonsense that not only makes it harder to find actionable evidence of fraud, it makes it easier for libs to claim it's all pearl clutching BS. Because that's what this specific report is.
I am so fucking sick of you facefuck/twatter addicted internet detectives. You couldn't find a stick of dynamite if I stapled it to your taint. Enjoy your copium, cause all you're doing is burying real evidence with bullshit.
