I’ve installed an arca plate on my proof research glacier TI. It was not easy and basiclly had to have my friend do it because of the hollow voids in the stock. He added JB weld and it has worked great. I want to add arca rails to my other rifles. Any thoughts on adding one to a springfield armory 2020 waypoint flat bottomed and my HS precision rounded bottom rifle. I’m thinking a full length on the 2020 rifle at least. Not sure on which one to order.

I'd contact Springfield Armory and find out if the stock has aluminum bar or if solid or hollow stock first.

I would think the Springfield would be a foam core. HS may have some aluminum in it depending on where you drill. If it were me I'd line out the rail you want to use and drill the pilot holes. Guessing you are going to be using t-bolts for both. You can bed them with epoxy if the stocks are hollow or a honeycomb.

Yeah I’m comfortable doing Tbolts because I’m familiar with it .thanks for the replies so far
