And they are all replaying old footage over and over.
There hasn't been a crew dragon mission in weeks. At least not one recorded by any of the numerous SpaceX groupie channels on YouTube. And they don't miss anything to do with SpaceX.
Now, I might be wrong. If you can find any channel not repeating footage, please post the link here.
I had to look into it further and found this: The Dragon that is currently docked at the ISS right now has been launched at a window from 2-5 weeks ago. It was a multifaceted mission to resupply the ISS, use it's thrusters to boost the station back into it's normal orbit as it constantly descends at a minute pace due to minute atmospheric friction and has to be reboosted at intervals. And it carried the crew that would eventually bring Williams and Wilmore back. The shuttle has been at the station for at least the past week now.

The astronauts moved the Dragon capsule to a port on top of the space station, where it will stay until February 2025.

These streams had probably been running live since that launch between the 31st and the 3rd and kept live all this time. That is why they kept looping their content. Good spotting on it.
