Interesting, I never knew that history and always thought the song was about Alice's in CA. The restaurant is cool but the real appeal are the epic roads to ride to get there. The lot is always full of cool bikes and cars.

Thanks for the real history. And yeah I know, I wasn't even on the right coast but I don't know much about dirty hippie history :ROFLMAO:

Playing Alice’s Restaurant is a family tradition on Thanksgiving at our house, has been for 40 years or so. RIP Alice
