Suppressors Dead Air Nomad Ti XC

Filled out the Form 4 today. Should have the approval next week. I will say this can is noticeably lighter compared to my Magnus S.

I can update on mine, it’s a phenomenal can. Out of 3-4 guys shooting suppressed on the line, I kept having random people come up to me and ask what can I was using. Made my 6BRA shooting 109’s sound like a 22LR, hearing safe. On my 6.5cm gasser, not hearing safe, and definitely more gassy than without it.

Awesome thanks for the update brother. Was wanting another light hunting can to swap around on my bolt guns and my Cobalt Kenetics 6arc. Running an ultra 7 on both and the AR runs great with that can. When I'm shooting pigs at night with my thermal it's pretty quiet. I don't ever wear hearing pro when I'm hunting and I never even have a hint of ringing in the ears. Thought that this Nomad TI XC might be a great addition and saw that it even touts some reduced back pressure. Hope others can chime in and echo your experience so far.

Sorry I haven't taken a video and uploaded it, but I concur with the other poster. I shot it the other day at the range and people kept asking what I was shooting. I think its quieter than the Magnus S in a more compact package. When I get back from Texas next week I'll try and get a direct comparison video on the same gun between it, my Magnus S, and an Omega 300 with a flat cap.

Hey @ruger35 , Any updates on your nomad ti xc?

Did a little review with my thoughts in that thread. Compared it head to head with a scythe. The Nomad xc beats it in raw performance. But I still chose to hunt with the scythe this year because of form factor and I didn't really want to change anything going into the hunt.

I like it. Light, quite, versatile. Have a 22 end cap and 3 port brake on the way. Plan to get more rounds down range on Saturday. It’s replacing a Dominus.

Good to hear. I'm a big fan of Nomads. I have a Nomad LT, Nomad Ti(my favorite), and a Nomad LTi, and just bought a Nomad Ti XC. Hopefully, the stamp will get approved in a month or two, though I did it in my Trust like all the other cans vs a personal one which I could have gotten a lot faster.
