Euro Optics customer service,

But the old Grey Maggot ain't selling merchandise based on what he could have done 30 years back.

In the end EO will make right, but it's more of a pita than it needs to be.
Agreed, they're a quality company. Thats why I'm wondering whats going on. Maybe just staffing problems.

Curious where they are in PA? One of my guys has 51” of snow in his front yard. If they are in the area getting hammered they may have a staff issue right now.

I called their customer service (Press 2 department) yesterday and had zero issues getting hold of someone after a short wait. I called twice actually. Once at 8am and again around 1pm.

Glad they resolved whatever issue you had.
They have been 100% every time I have bought from them.
I even wear their Tee Shirts that I pay for.
There are a lot of places I don't advertise for - hats, shirts, decals etc.

They're about an hour north of Gettysburg. So not in the lake effect snow bands hammering Erie-Buffalo-Rochester.

I live about 10 minutes from the store in North Central PA and we've not had 51" of snow in my memory and I'm older than dirt. I contacted their customer service via email today and it took them 23 minutes to reply ;)

Cool. My guy in Erie is on his 2nd roof shoveling and it’s another 30”.

EO probably just high volume…
