Bought a OasisSpace Cold Therapy machine that circulates ice h20 through it.
Besides knees , it’s used in shoulders ,and back.
I could wrap it on my knee , turn it on ….run it for 12-14 minutes , pause it , unhook 2 hoses ….get a beer or take a whiz , sit back ….rehook ….turn it back on
….pricey but worth it.

We had Priority Health thru most of my wifes knee surgeries, and ended up with 12 of them. 1 was mine.
