Just saw this on Newsmax, sponsored by Sen. Ted Cruz. The "Take it down" act to prevent Deep Fake AI images of nude people being published on the Internet when a complaint is filed against that Internet site.
A portion of the act reads as follows:
The bill passed unanimously in the Senate. It's awaiting a vote in the House. If signed into law, our MPT rules will have to be modified. Maybe less AI stuff.

It shall be unlawful for any person in interstate of foreign commerce to use an interactive computer service to knowingly publish an intimate visual depiction of an identifiable individual who is a minor with intent to - abuse, humiliate, harass or degrade the minor; or around or gratify the $exual desire of any person.
