Lost in Idaho...
I just put together an 8x57 AI, because I'm weird and I like 8mm crap and hate money I guess.. I got the reamer inspection report from 4d, so I have that info, plus the crappy cartridge drawing on their reamer info page, so I have been trying to build it in GRT, so that I can estimate load data on something that really doesn't have any published info at all. Can you please lend me some help with this by verifying that I have the information correct?

Thank you for any help you could lend me. This is my first time with a "wildcat" cartridge.. A whole new learning experience for me for sure.

Study a few standardized cartridges and note the relationships between cartridge and chambers.
For example... Your chamber lengths to the body-shoulder junction and shoulder-neck junction are identical to your cartridge dimensions.

Open any other bottleneck cartridge that you are familiar with and preferably close to the one you are showing. Anything similar will do. Study the typical clearances in those dimensions. The clearance should not be zero or you may have trouble.
