I worked for a large municipal utility department for 20 years. As a foreman, I'd have to go to meetings with the idiots who ran the circus. We had a Hindu engineer who was a racist, am idiot and designed some of the worst equipment ever purchased with taxpayer dollars. This idiot worked for over 30 years for the department. One day we had a meeting where we were asked to address our employees who had maxed vacation and needed to take more time off or start losing their vacation time.
Here is where I pointed out that Bindu the Hindu took afternoons off every day of the week, every week of the year. So, he was using 16 hours of vacation a week and usually worked 47 weeks a year. Or 752 hours of vacation a year without taking a vacation. On top of that he took he took the entire month of July off every year to go back to India and gloat to his family. 4.3 weeks in a month. 172 hours of vacay, minus the 10 hours for the July the 4th holiday. This motherfucker took at least 914 hours a year off work and still had maxed vacation hours on the books. Something that was completely and utterly impossible without extensive timecard fraud.
As a twenty year plus employee he earned 8.12 hours or some shit every payday, 26 paydays a year. Or 211.12 hours a year in vacation, plus 40 hours of floating holidays and 40 hours of professional days so he could have time to take required professional training. 291.12 hours a year.
This man accumulated a maximum of 291 hours of time off a year and typically used at least 914 hours a year in vacation time. He was making about $45 dollars an hour. So he was stealing at least $29,000 a year from taxpayers and he had been doing it for nearly five years. I pointed this out and got cursed roundly by his boss and our boss and all of the other bosses in the room.
We had dozens of employees with less than one day of vacation and one day of sick leave on the books. They used every hour as soon as they got it. Then they wanted people to donate sick to them when they really got sick. We had employees who called in sick on hard days or days their favorite mower broke or days it was too nice to not go fishing. We had people who got sick the week of Thanksgiving so they didn't waste vacation to take a week off. We had guys who got sick so their friends could get overtime to cover for them. Employee theft using sick, vacation and timecard fraud is not at all uncommon.
The Federal government fixed it by making sure overtime does not count towards retired pay. The NYPD uses overtime to bump your avg monthly pay for calculation of retired pay. Have a banner year and suddenly your retirement is paid based off double your base pay instead of simply your base pay.
This is why every twat cop and fireman retires making as much or far more than they made working fulltime. She did not trade pussy for a house, she traded pussy, that nasty cancer filled pussy for a lifetime of full pay from the taxpayers and the pension board.
While this hoochie cop is at the top of the scale, she is by no means the only one.

I said this on this site over 10 years ago and caught a lot of flack for it. 99.99% of Anybody wearing a badge or drawing a .gov check of any kind whether it be city, county, state or federal is a scumbag.
A friend of Mines exwife worked for the state of Texas, not going to reveal what agency, I think it was about 4 people in the office , they would take turns taking Fridays off ,so she got a Friday off once a month , and every kind of holiday off that you can think of , so another words they typically only needed 3 people in that office , I personally worked in the stokes bld for about a month one year and every time I had to pass through one of those gov offices only one out of 5 employees were actually at their desk working the others were visiting other cubicles bullshitting with other worthless gov employees, I'm sure most gov offices are just as bloated as those , we need a house cleaning at all levels of gov.
And I ask you keep a cautiously open mind. Not everyone is an asshole. Case in point:
A couple years ago I woke up, had my coffee, and heard screaming across the field coming from some houses over that way. But I also knew dude across the field had wood working equipment and sometimes when a belt slips the saw sounds like a woman screaming.
A couple hours later I was attacking some roots in my front yard with a hatchet. A cop rolls up to me and sees me out of breath with a hatchet in hand. He asked, “Have you heard a woman screaming?” It was awkward. But I did not get cuffed up.

I worked for Hewlett Packard for a while. They based their FTE's on fuckers having 2 or 3 productive hours a day. I hit the days production goals by lunch and got yelled at by other employees, often. That facility was where the $20 dollar shit was invented.

I’m an IT supervisor working for the state but my Christian and conservative values make it hard to be a lazy bum mooching off of taxpayers hard earned dollars. So, obviously I go above and beyond to make it worth what I get paid.
