All I wanted was the return of “The German”…..
I got all the suspension and steering parts to rebuild the front end of my Chevy truck and a bag of mix to make sugar cookies.
I received a pair of Galluses that would fit somebody about 3 foot tall.

I bought myself a Guncrafter Industries No Name 1911 in 9mm...but after tracking shows it sitting in the Greenville NC post office for a week, I'm thinking that maybe a USPS worker got a hell of a free present.
Otherwise I got a mini vehicle trash can and some leather work gloves. Which is precisely why I bought the GI.

I got Whiskey and money, my two favorite things. Those are my only two options for people buying for me and I publish a wish list of acceptable whiskeys to my family. No surprises, no stupid gifts.

9:15 Christmas morning I got this from my neighbor.

I got to have my kids home with me for the holiday. Seeing their faces this morning when they came out and saw all the presents from friends and family was the best gift ever.

Monday 23rd, I got fresh-baked cookies that one of my bosses' wives made and he brought to me.
It was several cookies. And lasted approximately 24 hours.
My Christmas present is just sitting here with my wife. We first met December 19, 1993 and were married April 29, 2000.
Not a stupid gift. I guess I suck at stupid gifts unless you want to call the county appraisal district raising my property taxes a bad gift.

Does buying insulin for my rat terrier count? My wife and I spend our money on our 6 year old rattie between immunotherapy injections, seizure meds, thyroid meds, special diet for pancreatitis, and now insulin after his last pancreatitis flare up.
No clue. Rumor was he stepped away from the site for work reasons. It could be that we just exceeded his muppetry limit lol.
