If you think that experience was bad, wait until you see the customer service from the old boomers in this place! They LOVE them some restocking fees, some spam filtering, and some 1980s business practices!
The only complaint I have with Grafs (as a dealer) are with drop ships to the customer. They keep getting the invoicing backwards and the customer gets the the dealer invoice and I get the customer invoice. That shit strains customer relations.

You ordered 3 bushings with a spread of 2 thousandths between each! You must not have done any research at all into what your needed range should have been. You did close to zero due diligence before placing your order figuring you could just be sloppy and the manufacturer would wipe your ass afterwards.

The point was already made above that pulling, packing and shipping your order cost money that has to be built into the seller's margin. If they are lucky enough to then sell and ship it to another customer, they recover their cost but not their original, intended margin.
You can compare Amazon all day long but that is not a relevant model.

WalMart has the esteemed reputation for putting more suppliers and related entities out of business than any mismanagement or recession would have. Amazon is on track for the same reputation.
Amazon is right in there with WalMart on some of their draconian policies they demand from any vendor that uses their platform. Many still sell through them because are hoping they can offset waste with volume.
