If they somehow keep President Trump from being seated, there is no doubt of the status of the country being under attack from within by those who wish to take our freedoms. I hope sufficient leadership appears to guide the what happens next if that occurs, because the US of A is likely over if they are able to succeed. Keep your powder dry and follow the words of AJ.

My guess is that the judge is not going to impose jail time because it would guarantee an expedited appeal process and a quick overturning of the conviction. The judge likely hopes that no jail time will allow the Democratic party to avoid the embarrassment of having the conviction overturned by slow rolling any appeal till Trump dies.

It's really important for them to be able to call Trump a "felon".

I read another article where the judge said he would not be sentencing Trump to jail time. I think the purpose is to get the sentencing done so Trump would officially be a "convicted felon". Regardless, as soon as the sentencing is done, Trump will most certainly file an appeal and we'll see what happens from there. Seems the internet with all it's internet law degrees, and shithouse lawyers, all are confident that the appeal will overturn the conviction.....I don't know shit about it, so we'll just have to see.

So the sentence is gonna be house arrest with an ankle monitor. All I can think of is remember when we wore pants while riding bikes as a kid and we rolled up our pant leg that was near the chain to keep the chain from getting tangled? I hope Trump does the same thing with whatever leg the ankle monitor is gonna be on anytime he's in public. Can't wait for a new shirt to get made to go with my mugshot and assassination attempt shirts.

Seems like a decent idea since he's backstabbed a large number again. He could go focus on selling shoes, cologne, nfts, watches, or fancy bibles instead.
