Creature Geek podcast is for you. Ran from 2014-2020. Cohosted by Frank Ippolito and Len (I don't remember last name). Lots of great interviews. I think it stopped because of too many nda's. I think his shop (Thingergy) made a bunch of stuff for The Orville, Pirates Dead man's chest, and The Mandalorian.You look way too deep into what slasher movies are all about. Leftist mindset? I'm like the most Right-wing millennial the Hide has ever seen! I personally love the over the top gore not because I'm a sociopath, but rather because I'm a huge nerd when it comes to practical special effects. My friends and I used to make shitty B-movies back in our early teens when CG wasn't an option and we had to improvise our special effects. Practical special effects will always look better to me than shitty CG. CG did work pretty good for the violence in the Matrix trilogy simply because the whole plot of those movies was being inside a computer program. Long live the godfather of practical special effects Tom Savini!
And finally, slasher movies are just plain fun because they are a genre of movies that don't require any thinking. It's awesome cheering on the killer in the movies to kill the obnoxious characters in awful ways. Like in the newest Texas Chainsaw Massacre on Netflix where Leatherface literally takes out a bus load of woke Leftists.

Worst truck for mercs of any side/alliance as well. Remember sometime around 1-2 years ago some Chechen warlord on the Russian side showed off his personal Cybertruck with garage shop armor and a huge 4+barrel MG turret on top?
