I've seen video of one guy starting/setting fires, looks like it was out in Glendale, possibly Altadena.
I've seen pictures and videos of a citizen's arrest of a completely different person that was seen setting fires.
Have read numerous reports from current and retired firefighters of "schizophrenic" illegal immigrants setting multiple fires.

When they had enough water and the fires were smaller they couldn’t stop them, more water in a full on disaster may have saved a few buildings etc but nothing quantifiable.
This was just a perfect storm of democrat ideals and weather at once. …couldn’t happen to a better place or state.
The definition of containment is usually a 6-10’ fire break in the woods..in urban areas it’s an entirely different story.
If 1 out of 50 houses has a EV/ Tesla all the water in the world wasn’t stopping that house from burning..they can’t even put the car out with 3-4k gallons of water.
But to keep harping that there should have been enough water to put out flames in 90 mos winds is not a winning battle, politically speaking.

I noticed a similarity between Californians and the third world citizens we keep letting in. They f'd up their country. No problem, go to America. The third worlders will "lose" a ladder off their truck in the middle of the highway, and just keep going. Never seen one stop to clear up the problem they created. Over on ARF they are already working on an assortment of slip on accessories to act as an adaptive suppressor.
My understanding is that they want to keep all the ag tax dollars from the San Joaquin and Sac valleys that are staunchly red. I can't think of any of us who would like the state split give a flying fuck about the Bay, but some of the delta is definitely ag ground.
