Read what I wrote again. I only interpreted what he said.
In my opinion. That file is hands off to everyone. EVERYONE. Anyone asking for access to it? Doubtful that it would be granted. The sign off sheet for the file probably only has a few names on it. They are probably already dead from old age or other reasons.
In reality I would say that there's an alternative file that is congruent with the Warren Commission and it's probably been accessed many times.
Now, pay attention to what you read, hear and see. Don't assume. Analyze.
so maybe my heard story about Hathcock is bogus. 3 shots in 5 sec with a 91/38? anything is possible but i don't believe it til i see that. 9 sec? maybe. does lend to the idea that Oswald didn't shoot at all.Here's another guy who shoots better than Carlos Hathcock:

Was Hathcock using a Carcano, and did the Marines accurately replicate the conditions?
Do they even have the right targets? I know their targets are like... as big as an entire sheet of plywood.
I saw Angelina Jolie shooting and she could make shots go around objects. So I wouldn't rule out that magic bullet just yet.
You have the seat postuon thing backwards. The diagrams never show the proper seat position. They recreated the shots in the Warren report shooting monkey torsos and skulls also. Lots of hard evidence evaluated in the Warren report.

They pinned the General Walker assassination attempt on Oswald post-facto.
When the FBI followed-up with General Walker and showed him the bullet they had in evidence, he got pretty irate that it wasn’t the bullet that was pulled from his plaster wall back on April 10, 1963. The bullet they showed him sure looks like a fired 160gr WCC 6.5 Carcano projectile, but the FBI also said they couldn’t exactly match it to CE139 (6th floor rifle).
An eye witness who was in a 2nd floor window saw 2 men running away from the General Walker failed hit, in the church parking lot next to his house. Neither matched the description of Oswald.
Marina had all kinds of testimony changes and the photos Ruth Paine produced were many days after the FBI searched the Paine house thoroughly, including Oswald’s Navy sea bag.
I’m not ruling out anything, but the case against Oswald for the Walker attempt has some pretty big holes in it that are a bit convenient for the WC, and also absolved the corrupt Dallas PD of having to do any follow-on investigation into the case.
Within JFK alone, the rear shot to his Right scapula does not even closely align with his throat, even taking into consideration the declination of Elm Street.
Connally was insistent until his death that JFK was already hit before Connally felt an impact to his back that was like someone hauled off and punched him hard. This was after he turned to look and see JFK slumped over.
Gerald Ford manipulated the description of the back GSW in the WC to hide the fact that the back and throat wounds didn’t align, weren’t connected in any way.
The Bethesda administrative pathologists (not forensic pathologists, no experience with GSWs) said the scapula GSW only went in about half a pinky finger. When they insisted they wanted to do a full autopsy, they were told not to worry about it, they already have the guy that did it and wrap things up quickly.
Dr. Boswell wanted to explore the foreign metallic body lodged in JFK’s neck that was evident on the portable X-Ray film taken, but wasn’t allowed to do so.
The autopsy is used an example of what not to do in every way. Totally rushed, botched, evidence burned “so people wouldn’t trade or sell JFK’s effects”.
CBS concealed the fact that they cherry-picked the positive results after 90 sample firings, and their tower wasn’t 6 stories high. It’s one of the things Hathcock and crew corrected at Quantico when they set up the test.
One of the LE attendees said he was able to perform the challenge with his tuned Rem 700 with slick action and better scope, but nobody was able to do it with the Carcano.
Doesn’t matter though, since they can’t duplicate what was seen in Zapruder with the frontal impact to the R temple area and the clear blood splash angle, along with the 7” occipital cavity in the back of JFK’s head witnessed by Parkland ER doctors.
And remember, the Carcano (no such thing as a "Mannlicher Carcano”) could not be zeroed without shims. They had major problems even after shimming with windage-induced elevation changes due to erector collision inside the tiny tube.
The FBI ordered 4 duplicate carbines and scopes for their testing, and each of those samples had the same problems with zeroing.
The Carcano is a diversion, a distraction, a prop from all I’ve gathered. Same with CE399. They fired CE399 through it, then entered it into evidence in DC.
A better question is, what caliber was the rifle that made the frontal head shot.

I agree with where you ended up with all that, and that probably makes the individual pieces irrelevant, but some of the old bullet points that people keep repeating need to disappear from discussion.
The "can't be duplicated" thing was absurd, because many, many people over the years have duplicated it with almost perfect duplication of the conditions and less perfect duplication. I might duplicate it for fun when the weather is a little nicer.
I don't know why you're still doubting after seeing video of some oldster slam tagging that tombstone 3 x in 5 seconds... and I doubt he was an undercover Carcano-enjoyer, practicing every weekend (which Oswald was- and folks saw him at the range).
I also don't put any faith in anything the report says- either "Mannlicher Carcano," or the fact that they say 7 round capacity, but it's only 6, and then folks say "they meant 6+1," but that's not possible with the clip setup, or any of that.
I don't cheap-out on mounts, but if I slam tagged that snowman over there (I'm 4 stories up, but high ceilings... so maybe about the same height) and then dropped the rifle onto a hard surface and ran away... would my modern setup hold zero?
I'm not trying to hear any BS about shims or anything because you could bend that L mount into a 20 MOA or a 0 MOA if you wanted, with a pair of vise grips, or a more precise tool. A Youtuber replicated the second Trumpshooters SKS with optic duct taped directly to the receiver cover and was making good hits at the same distance.
I can 100% guarantee if if was a successful assassination attempt and they held up an SKS with an optic randomly duct taped to it, lots and lots of gun-guys would be screaming BS.
All that being said- I ALSO don't think LHO was the killer.

But the limo didn’t spend 9 seconds in the kill zone and the span of time from 1st shot to 3rd according to the WC was 5.6 seconds, based on analysis of the Zapruder film. They just didn’t know when the missed shot was fired that hit James Tague in the face (assuming only one shot missed when held to the Lone gunman theory).
And again, you don’t create a 7” exit from behind. I’m over 4 decades into this and have heard all the different theories, gone down so many rabbit holes, and the whole situation with the Carcano is kind of a fool’s errand.
In the Hughes film (there are way more films that Zapruder), they froze one of the frames showing the 6th floor right as the limo turned onto Elm. You can see something in the window.
Robert Hughes turned in his film to the Dallas FBI office on Nov 26 if I recall. The Dallas SAC sent the film to the FBI crime lab in DC to have the images blown-up and analyzed:

good question. i fear not a whole lot. everyone involved is dead. the millions affected? hard to say. if you think about it,millions were affected just counting in US. i would hope that those on the edge would realize that the government is only interested in staying in full control and learn that the gov never tells the truth. most with a brain and a pulse already know that. the libs who love gov and it's intervention and control likely just blow it off like they do any other evidence of gov malfeasance.
People that have known Trump from the tabloids and TV for 50 years believe that he is a Russian agent. How many people are you seeing still wearing masks. How many still believe that covid came from a wet market?
It would open the eyes of a few and be confirmation to even more but the majority would not bat an eye. Mostly because the Pravda would not cover it
