Sunrise, east coast of Florida at Sebastian Inlet.
Not my best one, just my favorite.

Drove back across State Rd 60 all the way to Clearwater Beach, same day to see the sunset.

Again, not my best pic, but my favorite.
The people on the right are a mom, daughter and her aunt, from Canuckistan.

When my grandfather died back in '88, we sunk 1/2 of his ashes in Sebastian Inlet. He was a snowbird, and that was his favorite fishing spot in FL. A few months later, we sunk the other 1/2 off of an island here in MI where he had a cabin, his favorite spot here. I lived in Daytona Beach at the time, and was the only member of my family to make it to both. :)

The Miami skyline photographed from the upper deck at the Rusty Pelican after a fantastic dinner. 4 section (images) in horizontal orientation panorama with each panel composed of three exposures from 4-seconds to 1-minute blended in for a total of 12-images. Native size of the image is 20x85 inches with great detail. you can click on it to expand to 3840 pixels wide. The finished image is so clear you can see people in some windows. Nikon D750 with Nikkor 85mm F/1.8G lens.

It's been so cold here that I haven't even gone ice fishing. So, I drove 90 miles from home, uphill all the way, to a nice little lake to get away from the inversion. It was -17 F when I left my house at 6:00 am. When I left the lake at 2:00 pm it was 49 F. Two hours later I was back home to a balmy -2 F. Here is a picture of the scenery, taken at sunrise, that I was forced to look at all day while fishing.
