The Rosette Nebula. From my backyard when it used to be dark. Not anymore 
. I made this image, and "made" kind of fall shorts. It, took two nights, one of the best telescopes of the time and three days of processing the images. Definitely not a snapshot. Clarity and sharpness surprised me. Perfect conditions and a great telescope. I print this at 20x30 size without detail loss. Click on it twice on a good monitor and see
